Bryce’s career night powers ORU past NDSU 52-42

Senior forward Blair Bryce came to play Saturday night as she helped power the Golden Eagles to their third straight win.

Bryce led the Golden Eagles with a career-high 16 points and 14 rebounds. Freshman Ashley Beatty also had a career-high 11 points on a 4-7 solid shooting night.

Despite ORU having a bad overall shooting night (33 percent), NDSU managed to have a worse shooting night hitting just 28 percent of their shots.

The win moved the Golden Eagles to 6-10 on the season, but 3-1 in conference play.

The Golden Eagles defense helped seal the deal. NDSU did not score the last six minutes of the game, helping ORU pull away.

The next game for the Golden Eagles will be Saturday, January 16 when they take on IPFW at the Mabee Center. Tip-off set to begin at 2p.m..
