Tattoo cover-up rule turned down
The ORU Board of Trustees voted against the proposed “tattoo cover-up rule” during its annual meeting last week.
The proposed rule would have required all ORU student-athletes to cover visible tattoos during athletic competition.
The president’s office and the athletic department declined to comment on the future of the proposal or the likelihood of its resubmission on a later date.
