Payne County District Attorney Laura Thomas filed formal charges against Adacia Chambers this morning.
Chambers is the suspect accused of driving past a barricade and into a crowd of people at the Oct. 24 Oklahoma State homecoming parade.
The prosecutors filed four counts of second-degree murder and 46 counts of felony assault.
If convicted, Chambers could face 10 years to life for each second-degree murder count.
She is currently being held in the Stillwater jail on $1 million bond. She will undergo a court-ordered psychological evaluation.
Her next court hearing will be next Friday, Nov. 13.
